Easy as: A German who only used to travel to other European countries when the scheduled family holiday was coming up thought for himself: “Working at the other side of the planet? May do that, yeah.” While the blog was aimed at my close friends in the beginning, it’s now “open to everyone” since I’ve switched to English as main language (however there will be German posts occasionally). This blog will mostly cover my experiences here in New Zealand, but also feature “specials” like the differences to Europe (and Germany in particular) as well as other things, ie how to save money while travelling in NZ.
